This policy describes how Toulouse Business Housing processes your personal data, in accordance with GDPR and the French Data Protection Act.

Data collected and purposes
We collect the data you provide through our forms (first name, last name, email, phone, company, message, information about your property or your housing need). This data is used exclusively to process your request, contact you back and follow up commercially.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (GDPR checkbox) and, where applicable, on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Recipients
Your data is accessible to the TBH team. It is processed by our technical sub-processors: OVH (website hosting, France), our database and storage provider (hosted within the European Union), Resend (transactional emails) and Smoobu/Stripe for bookings and payments. No data is transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention period
Prospect data is kept for 3 years from the last contact. Contract data is kept for 10 years (accounting obligation). You may request early deletion at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, oppose, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to brian@toulousebusinesshousing.com. You may also file a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
