These terms govern the use of toulousebusinesshousing.fr.
1. Purpose
The site presents the activity of Toulouse Business Housing, a structure specialized in mid-term furnished rentals in Toulouse. It allows browsing the proposed properties and sending information or booking requests.
2. Access to the site
Access to the site is free of charge. The user undertakes to provide accurate information when submitting any form.
3. Booking and payment
The site integrates a Smoobu booking engine allowing certain stays to be booked online. Payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit card via Stripe. For longer stays or specific requests, the booking can also be finalized directly with the TBH team.
4. Liability
TBH strives to keep the site accessible and the information up to date, without guarantee of completeness or absence of errors. Property characteristics are provided as an indication and confirmed when the rental contract is concluded.
5. Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute is submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction of the registered office. In accordance with article L612-1 of the Consumer Code, you may use the consumer mediator indicated in the legal notice free of charge.
